Villa San Francesco
Dating back to the early 1800s and enlarged in the early 1900s, Villa San Francesco underwent a significant renovation in 2008, which saw the bathrooms and kitchen completely refurbished and the furniture renewed in its entirety.
It enjoys a panoramic and privileged position, being part – together with “Casa Burlamacchi” – of a small complex of houses and villas called Bagno alla Villa, situated in an elevated position on the town of Bagni di Lucca. The town centre can easily be reached with a 5-minute walk.
The villa is a three-floor construction, for a total of approximately 300sqm.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room -with a splendid veranda overlooking the garden- and a professional kitchen reserved for the villa staff.
On the upper floors are four spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the first floor there is a second living room with TV and a sofa bed, while on the second floor there is the spa area, with sauna and a massage area.
The ‘Villa San Francesco’ overlooks the green garden and the valley of the Lima stream.

A comfortable and cosy TV lounge. Thanks to the comfortable sofa bed it can become an extension of the Blue room or remain available to all guests for a moment of relaxation, with access to the staircase bookshelves and the large terrace overlooking the garden.
