RENTAL FORMULA

The villas are rented on an exclusive basis, with catering service, as a single property, together with the garden and the swimming pool, for groups of maximum 27 people.

The rental fee includes: breakfast, all utilities, bed and bath linen changed weekly, pool towels changed weekly, daily cleaning of all rooms by noon, tidying up and maintenance of the garden and pool, final cleaning.

We ask that you respect the good neighbourhood rules and behave accordingly, limiting the noise after midnight.

POOL

The pool has a depth of 1.50m and is not fenced; children must always be supervised by an adult.

CATERING SERVICE

The cost of catering is quoted separately as it varies according to the number of people, type and number of meals actually consumed at the villa.

Self-catering is not permitted.

Kitchens are available to guests exclusively for the preparation of snacks and drinks or the preparation of babies’ meals.

The professional kitchen located in the Villa San Francesco is for the exclusive use of the staff and access to guests is prohibited for security reasons.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The villas do not have a 24-hour concierge service. It is therefore the responsibility of the guests themselves to check the times of presence of the staff and – in the absence of staff – to close the doors and gates in the evening and whenever they leave the property.

The owner accepts no responsibility in case of theft or damage due to non-compliance with these rules.

Rental payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card.
